Description
We justly honor our Founding Fathers, but there were many women who contributed to the American Revolution with bravery, passion, and zeal. This simulation places students at the Edenton Tea Party of 1774 in North Carolina where women gathered to boycott the use of British goods. At this tea party, students will learn about a few of the women of the American Revolution and how they contributed to the founding of our country. Plus, there’s tea and cakes!
