Mentor Training – Game Builders

Description

This training is for mentors teaching the Game Builders class. This virtual training will take place on Friday, June 21, 2024, from 3:00 – 5:00 pm, MST.

Game Builders is a class for 8–12-year-olds that will introduce students to game design. Students will be encouraged to explore playing and creating different genres of games. There are four units that will be focused on, including dice games, Role-Playing Games, card games, and board games.

PREREQUISITE: Mentors are REQUIRED to take the Love of Learning Mentor Skills Training taking place on Friday, June 21, 2024, to prepare for this training.
