Description

You know that training is important, that giving your teachers an experience that will set them on the right path from the start is helping them and in turn, helping your students.

Training your teachers in-house will cost less and give you more control over the content. You will know what they have been trained on and as a result, you will be more prepared to follow up and continue to guide your teachers throughout the year.

The quality of your school will raise because everyone has experienced the same information and is on the same page about the things that matter most to your school.

Your teachers will be more unified in their goals and work together as a team more effectively which in turn will raise the quality of the classroom and your students will get the best experience they have ever had.

Join us for “How to Training Your Mentors.”

We will be covering:

  • How to convey the things that make your school unique, your vision, your educational philosophy, and your school systems.
  • You will learn how to asses your teachers so that your training will be laser-focused on the skills your teachers need most and how to continue to elevate the classroom environment.
  • You will be shown specific examples of skills training.  You will be able to recreate
the skills training and use the examples to create additional skills training that is specific to your needs.
  • You will learn how to inspire and unite your teachers into a powerful teaching team that is all working towards the goal of a great education.
  • You will know how to help your teachers with the nitty-gritty of budgeting, field trip planning, calendaring, and how they are going to split responsibilities between teaching teams.

The things you will learn and pass on to your teachers will enrich their experience for the upcoming year. But these skills and environments will continue to serve them year after year both as they teach in your school and as they teach in their own homes.
