What the License Includes

A one-time license fee of $279 gives your co-op the right to teach TNT High School Physics year after year. Your mentor binder is included — a digital download you print yourself, with the right to print as many copies as your teaching team needs, now and in the future. Every time you teach the course, you simply restock student binders and schedule mentor training — at a permanently reduced rate.

Three Years to Break Even — On Everything

TNT High School Physics requires a real equipment investment — plan on spending around $950 on durable lab supplies that will last for years. On top of that, the one-time license is $279, which includes your mentor binder and the right to teach the course indefinitely. Each year you teach, you’ll purchase student binders ($42/student) and mentor training ($50/mentor) — that’s it.

We recommend charging students $100 per year and including the student binder in that fee rather than billing it separately. When families see a $100 class fee that includes all materials, it’s a straightforward, all-in price that’s easy to say yes to. At 8 students paying $100, your class generates $800 per year. That revenue will cover your equipment, license, binders, and training in full by the time you’ve taught the course three times. After that, the course more than pays for itself every year you offer it.
