The C2 Mentor Lab is a year-long virtual training program designed specifically for homeschool parents and mentors who teach in a co-op setting. This program delivers 28 dynamic 30-minute sessions (four times a month from September through April) filled with practical tools, real-life insights, and mentoring strategies rooted in Leadership Education principles. Whether you’re new to teaching or looking to strengthen your influence in the classroom, this training helps you guide students with confidence, creativity, and clarity.

I attended C2 Mentor Lab with Jennifer Jarrett throughout the last school year, and it was one of the most valuable parts of my homeschool journey.
Meeting once a week created a consistent rhythm of encouragement, accountability, and growth. Each session covered different homeschool topics that were practical, timely, and easy to apply.
