A constant assignment for homeschool classes is the reading of books. Quality books have the potential to inspire students- they can open our minds from our limited perspective. Books can affect our social perception, teach us empathy, improve our vocabulary, increase our spelling, and ignite imagination.
However, the choices are numerous: historical books, fantasy books, dystopian mysteries, classics and MORE. There are so many good books!!
