Inspiring Math

Description

Inspiring Math is what every co-op and commonwealth school needs to help provide math support for our scholars. The goal of Inspiring Math is help bridge the disconnect with math and provide math accountability for students. It also helps inspire a love of math for our young people by:

1. Teaching them about great mathematicians
2. Helping them to fall in love with shapes and numbers
3. Having them read math classics
4. Giving them experience with math mentors who love math
5. Allowing them to play with spreadsheets

and much more!

This mini scholar project format does all of this in 30-45 minutes before their school starts! Students will:

1. Set personal math goals
2. Complete take home challenges
3. Participate in inspirements
4. Become mathematicians!
